Britannia Grand Hotel Scarborough
There was a short queue. However only 1 sraff on reception. So it took 30 minutes. Everyone in the Q was equally unimpressed. Not a good first impression.

The cottage was cosy and had everything you needed. Would benefit from a full size ironing board as the one they have is to small and awkward to use.
