On arrival there is no designated car parking space. The driveway is only good for one vehicle otherwise your blocked in or blocking someone side in and the two apartments upstairs took the spaces. You can park along the wall on the road but only outside this building. A nasty old lady came and shouted at us for parking a bit further up.
The entry system via an app is a faff, a key box would be better.
The downstairs apartment was more of an office conversion with no air con, you definitely need to hire fans.
The rooms were very basic with one small old towel each. The beds were fairly firm but comfy but only one clothes hanger provided. The kitchen had an office table and chairs in with a tv and no sofa.
There is a large fridge freezer and everything you need in the kitchen.
The bathroom and separate toilet were fine.
This apartment could be a lot nicer with a small sofa and a nicer table and chairs and some decoration. Fans should always be in there as it’s very hot in there and some new large towels and shower products would be nice. It had four bedrooms not three as advertised so we all got a room each.
The owner is very easy to contact and helpful and it was a 10 min walk to the Europa park entrance and to Lidl in the other direction.
