"I never make negative reviews but I was not satisfied during my stay. The WIFI was not working. The swimming pool was closed. The pancake maker was broken. There were minimal choices for breakfast. There was no covers in the room for the sleeper sofa. There were only enough towels for 2 people. The toilet did not flush properly. The hotel has potential and the staff was ok."

"I visited this property on Sun., May 24th. Check-in is at 3PM but I arrived early. Worker at front desk told me there was no early check-in, which I understood. I came back at 2:50 thinking she could begin the check-in process. I was told to wait the additional 10 mins, which I did. When I got checked in and started putting my things away, I realized the worker had put me in a handicapped room so I went back downstairs to address it since I booked through Expedia and didnt reserve this type of room. Worker told me that was all she had available and when I requested a refund, she told that I had to wait for a manager. I told her I would just submit a review. With it being Memorial Day weekend and people checking in, I'm sure there could have been a veteran or someone who is actually disabled who could have used the room but she felt it was perfectly fine to put me, an able-bodied woman in this room. I apologize on her behalf if she prevented anyone who needed this type of room from being able to get it. I'm glad it was just a one night stay. I've stayed at this property numerous times, have always booked a King Kitchenette room and have never had a problem. This worker needs to be reprimanded. I didn't get her name but she worked the front desk on the day mentioned above. I will definitely have second thoughts about staying here in the future."

"The room was okay. Staff at front needs to learn how to provide proper directions. Did not eat breakfast or use bar. I left 300 am in the morning. Hotel could use some updating. No USB access to charge phone in room only if you have a plug in box. They can change the lamps and use lamps that have USB port. The bed was comfortable room 125 I must say."

"This property looked very nice from the outside. However, are room was not clean. The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied. The continental breakfast was unacceptable, and instead of orange juice, they offered Tang. When we returned to our hotel room late one night, one of the clerks, was sleeping on the floor behind the counter. Very unprofessional. This was one of the worst hotel stays ever. However, the climate controls worked very good. We were able to keep our room cold and we really liked that. Last thing, was a wierd smell, kind of like bug spray throughout the entire hotel. We won't ever stay at this hotel again, and we won't recommend it in the future."
