"Upon arrival at the front desk for check-in it was unsettling/disturbing because it was to close to a community area and very loud when occupied. Font desk staff lied to me, I ask for a room on the second floor. He said they were putting me on the fourth floor because a high school level basketball team was mainly on the second floor, it would be quieter. Went to my room on the fourth and there were basketball players just across and up and down the floor. After entering the room, first had to call the front desk because TV had no signal. They had to send up a service person. Any time I turn off the TV i lost the signal had to mess with hdmi cable to get the signal back to be able to watch TV. Second the floor was dirty and the hand towel in the bathroom had foreign hair on them. I would not recommend to a friend or family member to stay at this facility. I most likely will not stay at this facility, again!"

"The pic shows the pool area which is great. Our Room hadn’t been swept or mopped. Bed had dirt between the sheets. So I requested a new room but still poolside. The guy at the front counter followed me back to the room to see and then walked me to the room next that one asking if that one was ok. It was cleaner. The cleaning staff did clean it good while we were gone the next morning. Sign at bathroom sink says to ask if you forgot any basic necessities so I went to counter for toothpaste but was told they only have tooth brushes. The ice machine didn’t work so I had to walk to the other side of hotel for a working machine. On the trip to the other side I seen some broken units with parts out in the floor. After our room was cleaned though it was a nice stay. The pool and hot tub were nice. Always packed but definitely was the highlight of the hotel. I loved that the room was poolside to the indoor pool. The staff was friendly considering I was complaining and they did make it right. "

"The staff were nice and the breakfast, while limited, was pretty good. Unfortunately, in the the three night we stayed there we only got one kind of warm shower. There were issues with the hot water I guess. Kind of a bummer with five people trying to enjoy spring break. Also, the pool was closed. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known. We ended up going home a day early. Otherwise the location was good as far as the location."

"Room was fabulous! Very clean and tidy. Felt safe there. Staff were so easy and wonderful to speak to. Great place to stay! 10/10!!!"

"The bathroom was so dirty and poorly maintained. The lobby/lounge was also dirty. I'm imagining it does not get vacuumed as it should. "
