We had probably our best family holiday ever with an 18 and 19 year old. We used the infinity pool and gym many days and what a bonus to have a sauna in your apartment. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Lovely apartment, we particularly enjoyed the in-built sauna. It would be really useful to have an information pack in the apartment giving details about the surrounding area (ski area, restaurants, things to do) and also to provide instructions on how things work in the flat - we couldn't log on to the WiFi via the QR code and had to contact facilities to get a code, the coffee machine worked once and then refused to play ball, sauna controls were a bit of a mystery, but we got it working."
