Espresso was TERRIBLE

The ice machine on our floor was inoperable and I asked for access to another floor so I could use their ice machine. I was initially told that I would be given access to another floor but just had to go to the front desk to ask for my key card to be re-keyed. But when I did that, I was given a different answer that all ice machines on all 56 floors of the hotel were not working. That seems very hard to believe. What the front desk told us was that we had to go to the coffee shop and ask them for Ice to fill our bucket. We had to do that several times in our three day stay. To me that seems ridiculous and they clearly were not being honest with us. Why would they turn off all ice machines on all 56 floors in the hotel? plus people staying in hotels need ice, to make drinks in the room or for ice chests to keep food from spoiling. In other respects, the hotel was good, but I consider this ice issue to be both a failure of the facility and also the service quality. A hotel that is supposed to be 4.5. Stars should have working ice machines. Even a motel 6 has working ice machines.

Fountainebleau is one of the newer casinos in Vegas. With that, it’s got its ups and downs. Biggest thing going for the property is the new and fresh look both inside and out. Downside is it’s kind of in a space of its own in the sense that down town nor the heart of the strip are all that near. You’ll need a lot of ride shares if you plan to see the city and not just stay at the property. Rooms are nice and clean, but not very comfortable. Could be the room we selected though.

The LVStripHouse Condo was excellent and convenient for me and my friends. Highly would recommend for anyone who has a large group staying in Vegas and wants to be close and enjoy the Las Vegas Strip. Cathy was so nice and knowledgeable about the property as well throughout our stay.
