"All good parking breakfast cleam"

"Check in with automatic machine worked well but the keys did not open the door. Very frustrating and no reply on emergency phone number. After 15 minutes we found a way to open the doors "

"Check in was wonderfully smooth, especially considering that we arrived after midnight. The breakfast was so good. Would definitely stay here again if passing through the area! "

"Great hotel if you want a local experience. We arrived at 8pm and dinner was available until 10pm in a "biergarten" setting. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast ist outstanding and the value of the place is great!! Loved our stay!!"

"Nice room and great breakfast "

"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

"I was there for few days and the rooms were big, clean and tidy. Overall, a good place to stay in the area."

"Staff were very helpful, food was delicious and the views were amazing."

"Room was clean and wifi worked. Restaurant was surprisingly good."

"Amazing hotel. Great food and staff"

"Es war sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin zuvor - kommend. Leider keine Gastwirtschaft in der nähe. Und wenn dann Urlaub oder ganz geschlossen."

"Beautiful old Tyrollean hotel in a superb setting and central for all amenities in Steyr. Thoroughly enjoyed our over-night stay there."

"Just a very nice place. Car parking is not great so best to research that in advance. Couldn’t test the restaurant but breakfasts were superb. "

"Nice people nice location"

"Beautiful location and view. Great restaurant. The only difficulty was finding parking in the dark."

"Basic, good enough value for money. Old, built of hard materials, so all noise like doors slamming and foot steps are noisy. Trams run all night, so rooms facing the street are noisy"

"Everything was awesome nice location!!"

"Friendly staff. Quiet location."

"From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. They have on site parking and a super convenient location near the train station, and it's walkable from everywhere restaurants, shops, the whole thing. My suite was fully stocked with utensils, a washer and detergent, and the Wi Fi was actually fast! Can't wait to come back!"
