"My friends and I had a great stay at this quaint house that’s full of character! Quick easy drive to Sunday River. Plenty of beds to sleep in which is great after a long day of skiing. We particularly loved the heated floors in the kitchen. Seth is very responsive and went above and beyond for our stay! "

"Our stay was perfect for us and our wedding party! We enjoyed all of it but especially the heated floors in the up stairs bathroom haha no more cold feet after a shower! It was so easy to communicate with our host. We are so incredibly thankful that he was willing to extend our stay a night after!"

"We had a great stay and highly recommend this chalet. It's about 10 minutes to Sunday River, the house is in great shape, the basement fun room is cool with a huge TV, karaoke, etc. I was here with my family and we're already planning a return trip for some summer hiking and will definitely hope to stay at Brian's place again."

"We stayed here as a group of 9 friends for a ski weekend and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The house was extremely clean and a great size for our group. We loved the hot tub, living room setup and games in the house. Sunday River is only a 12 minute drive from the house. Trevor, the host, was wonderfully communicative and our check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We would absolutely stay here again."
