About this property

Spacious Condo on Sunday River Access Road

  • A terrific vacation spot, with Sunday River Ski Resort two miles from our door, great skiing and snowboarding, golf courses, Grafton Notch State Park, canoeing, hiking, restaurants, swimming, bicycling, sight seeing and photography opportunities. The condo is spacious with three bedrooms, 2 baths, 1750 sq. ft of living space. We have a living/dining room with cable TV and Foosball table. It sleeps 12 comfortably. No need to go out after a day of fun, we have a full modern kitchen with eat-at bar, or eat at the dining table. Washer & dryer included. It's a great place where some can choose to watch the big screen TV at night, while others gather at the dining table to talk or play games. Large deck out back for grilling, or sitting if the weather is right.
