Beautiful unit. Great for a family. Very comfortable and walking distance to downtown
Condo was on the 3rd floor (which we liked). There's an elevator available if you can't negotiate the stairs of have a lot of luggage. The property manager (Phil) was super nice and was able to accommodate our request for a slightly early check-in.
Very nice unit.....looks almost new. Very nicely decorated. Had queen beds in two BRs and two full-size beds in the 3rd bedroom. No sleeper sofa, but there was plenty of extra bedding if you needed to have one extra person on the couch.
Only issues we had were with the coffee maker and the bedding in two of the bedrooms. Coffeemaker evidently has had the carafe replaced and the one with the maker did not fit. It was too tall to fit under the coffee holder if the lid was on correctly. If you flipped it over it would fit, but then wouldn't engage the bottom of the holder to allow any fluid flow. I spent 15 minutes having to engineer a work around and then the pot brewed super slow.....not a great start to the morning.
The flat sheet and one of the pillow cases on the master bed had very evident stains on them. Same staining issue on sheets on one of the queen beds. As mentioned earlier there was extra bedding available, but at this rental price point (and after paying a $100 cleaning fee) we shouldn't have to worry about stained bedding or changing out sheets and pillowcases. Disappointing.
Other than the two issues, the place was well-stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, etc.
