"The staff hardly spoke or were helpful at all only one said morning to us. We asked for extra pillows but these never arrived. We were told breakfast was from 7 but it was 8 and when we went at 7.50am we were met with sighs all in all it was one of the most expensive rooms I have ever booked and the worst customer service"
