"This was my third stay at The Arden, my first stay was in 2019. Every trip the stays have been consistently pleasant and the staff is so friendly. Food, service, and parking, as well as the Leisure Club gives you the most value for what you pay. "

"As soon as we walked through to check in, Emma the manager at the check in desk was ever so friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel have always been accommodating. Love their leisure centre facilities and the sauna, jacuzzi and pool was open until 10pm on the day we had checked in. Definitely going back soon! "

"Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room and bathroom were very spacious, immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. Pool was quiet and large and nice to have the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The breakfast had loads of options and was all very tasty. Our 7 year old loved the pancakes! Would definitely stay again."

"This Novotel has a nice homely feel the moment you walk in with the restaurant, bar and seating areas. Checking was fast and efficient and the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Jus a trio of minor points: the shower gave only a trickle of water (reported at reception and I'm sure they'll fix it), the hotel is noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours of the day causing noise around the clock (but that's to be expected at an airport hotel; I just wish they'd made soft close doors), and finally, the grilled tomatoes at the breakfast buffet were incredibly over-salted (but the rest of the buffet was very good and well presented). Would I stay again? Absolutely, but next time, first thing I'll do is ask for a room on the 6th floor and check the shower :D"
