Villa Chiara is a luxury villa with swimming pool for vacations in the heart of Salento, in Ruffano. The villa is introduced by a spacious veranda furnished for relaxing, lunching and dining al fresco, preparing delicious barbecue
meals. Outside there`s also a bathroom complete with sink and shower,
useful when returning from the sea or after a swim in the pool.
The interiors of Villa Chiara are spacious and bright. The entrance is into a large living room with a double sofa bed, open kitchen and dining room. The sleeping area consists of 2 spacious double bedrooms. Completing the cottage are 2 shower rooms.
The surroundings of Villa Chiara in Ruffano
Villa Chiara is located in the countryside between Ruffano and Casarano,
two beautiful towns with all services located in the heart of Salento.
The location makes it easy to reach both coasts of Salento in about 20
minutes by car.
The nearest beaches are those of the Ionian Sea, from Baia Verde to Torre San Giovanni, all about 20 km away. The Levante coast can also be reached in 20 kilometers or so, with places such as Tricase Porto and Castro. 


 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Three bedrooms are on the basement floor.
