"Bon déjeuner,très variés. Bel hôtel mais impossible d’avoir un café ou rafraîchissement à l’extérieur du service déjeuner. Au prix où est l’hôtel le minimum serait une machine à café et thé disponible en tous temps puisque les restaurants ne sont pas à proximité.Le personnel est très agréable et compétent. "

"If you’re booking a superior double I feel the rooms are overpriced. They’re very basic with a simple shower in the bathtub. Nothing like in the pictures. The only chair is a basic uncomfortable, stiff desk chair. Spa access is not included in the room price. It’s €30 for 55 minutes. It seems all the good reviews were given by people who had booked the more expensive rooms like the junior suites. There are quite a few hotels in town so better options can be found elsewhere"

"Hotel is in good location, looks good initially in foyer area. But rooms are tired and need upgrades. Carpets numerous holes, wallpaper patchy with repairs, very few electrical sockets and only one near bed, no modern usb ports. Bedding & towels excellent quality. Good soaps & shampoo. No iron & board in room. Good breakfast. No English Channel on tv. Difficult to see why it is 4star. "

"My room was clean only issue I had was the bed , I paid for a Queen and I got to single beds attached to each other . And also it was a bit chilly that day and the heating unit wasn’t giving sufficient heat . Other than that all was well . "
