"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"A friendly welcome. We arrived when the pub was busy but we were quickly seen and shown to our room. We were in room 1. The room was comfortable, with a fixed electric heater if required. Which we used in the morning and it quickly took the chill off the room. The bathroom was Ok, although clean the grouting in the shower needs some attention as it was dark with mould in parts, a spray with thin bleach would fix it. The electric towel rail was also faulty. However these are only minor issues, there was plenty of hot water and a good shower. The included breakfast next morning was excellent. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we were in Ledbury."
