The Villa Peupliers welcomes you for a luxurious and exotic stay, 300m from the beach of Pontaillac, in the town of Royan.

Villa Peupliers can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms (with toilet and en-suite bathroom or shower room). Each suite is air-conditioned and equipped with a connected TV.

1) Ground floor
The villa Peupliers includes on the ground floor a living room opening entirely onto the terrace on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, open to the dining room.
A bar with temperature wine cellars is also at your disposal. Guests can also enjoy a Nespresso coffee machine.
On the ground floor, the villa has a suite with jacuzzi bath.

2) R+1
On the ground floor, you will find the 3 other suites as well as a large terrace furnished with the necessary outdoor furniture (garden furniture and deckchairs).

Outside, dive into the private swimming pool heated to 28° from May to September with removable floor, relax in the sauna, rest on one of the 2 terraces, stroll in the garden, meet around the dining room.
Enjoy the outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a plancha, a professional dishwasher and a friendly bar.

Villa Cordouan is a Kids Friendly villa.
To enjoy as it should be with your family, we have a baby bed (travel cot) and a baby chair that we will lend you on request. You will also find adapted crockery as well as some games.
Board games and a games console (Nintendo Switch) are available.

Ideally located, the villa is beachfront in a quiet area.
In the summer, take advantage of the farmers' market that takes place in the area.
A supermarket is 5 minutes away, the Royan museum and the Lido cinema are 10 minutes away.
Near the villa there are hiking trails.
As for leisure, an 18-hole golf course is 12 minutes away, you can go surfing at the Royan surf club or canoe in a classified natural site.

Practical information
Upon arrival, our concierge, Tony, will greet you at the villa and give you the keys.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, he will remain at your disposal for any questions. He will also be able to guide you and send you addresses and recommendations.

A parking space is provided in the property.

Hen party events are not allowed in the villa.
