Cocoonr offers this charming 130 m² house for rent in the heart of Royan, less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a lovely 70 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 80 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
– A 70 m² living room with a sofa, TV, wood-burning stove (first fire included) and a dining area.
– An open-plan kitchen with a dining area, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, …
– Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
– A separate toilet.

First floor:
– Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a workspace.
– Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
– A shower room with shower and toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, three fans, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
– An enclosed garden of 80 m² at the rear of the house, facing south-west.
– A south-west-facing terrace with an electric awning, an outdoor kitchen and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
– A small 50 m² garden at the front of the house, which gets the morning sun.

The house is ideally located in the heart of Royan, in very pleasant surroundings, close to the beaches that have been awarded the Blue Flag for 4 years. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and market are within walking distance.

- La Grande Conche beach 10 minutes away and many other beaches all along the coast (Saint-Palais, Pontaillac, Vaux-sur-Mer, Saint-Georges-de-Didonne) and the beaches of the côte sauvage for wide open spaces and waves.
- The Royan market, just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation, is very famous: its building, a listed historic monument, is considered to be one of the most beautiful markets in France.
