"Your stay will depend on who is sharing the unit with you. This unit was deemed "peaceful" and our stay was NOT peaceful. There was a construction crew staying in the unit next to us. For 5 days they woke up between 4:30AM and 5:00AM. I tried talking to them because they were loudly talking and playing music every morning. When I spoke to them they claimed to not understand what I was saying. There was also a house being worked on two doors down and they started sawing and nailing at 8:00AM each day.At night there were two groups of young kids and they stayed up from 10PM to midnight each night playing cornhole/bags provided by Sigsbee Homes. The social area is located right under your bedrooms. The loud bang from corn hole/bags sounds like a gun going off. Again, I tried to talk to the groups because we have young kids trying to sleep, but that didn't stop them keeping us up each night. I thought we were staying in a peaceful place per Sigsbee's listings and reviews, but this was far from it.When I contacted Shane/Karin about the early morning wakeup I received no reply. 3 days later I sent another message and I got a halfhearted reply. I then contacted them that night about the nightly noise and received no response. The only responses I got, were automative responses of "please give us 5 stars!" Owners Shane/Karin are also not close by and they manage from afar. They also don't know basic questions about their units when you ask. Good luck!"

"It’s the cutest little place. Plenty of dishes if needed & so clean. We enjoyed the pier and even fished a little. Caught trout, catfish, panfish and even a crab lol. It’s close to stores for convenience and just overall the perfect place for a little family to get away. "

"This place was really nice for the price. There was plenty of room and sleeping areas. There is a sidewalk that takes you directly to the pool and the beach which was our favorite part. We didnt even need shoes to walk to the beach and back! The pool was lovely and the beach was beautiful. This condo is close to everything you need on the island. The ferry and fort are near and the little shops and seafood market is right down the road. The TVs had working cable, the bathrooms and showers work fine and the beds are comfy. Thanks for an awesome get away! "

"Beautiful beach house! Clean, comfortable and furnished with everything you need. Beach was never crowded and literally a few steps from the house. Loved the personal touches…looking at Veronica’s (owner) family photo album and reading guest book reviews since at least 2010 was a nice touch. You can tell a lot of love and attention has been given to their home. Veronica stayed in contact with me during our trip. We had no issues and loved the house. We will be back! "

"Everything was just as listed. Beautiful location, very nice to be right on the water. Property was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Liz was very communicative! Will stay here next time we’re on the island!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Gulf Shores! The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests which made it easy to relax right away.The bunk suite was perfect for the kids. They had their own space with a few fun games and toys for the kids to play with. It made traveling with multiple kids at various ages so much easier.The beach is a quick walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and the neighbors were very friendly. The community pool (directly across the street) was resurfaced during our stay and looks great!Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free. The hosts were amazing — responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Our family will definitely be returning in the future! "
