"Well this is hotel to stay in if you want to have it all. We have been looked after exceptionally. I did not know how to go back to home. Clothes washed everyday, amazing breakfast, driven everywhere you want to go, the most kind tour guide- I recommending asking jaya to book your tours. Son our guide was 10/10. He played floor is lava with our 3 year old in Angkor thom! The jaya staff produced icecream every time she passed by made her lovely food and really were so good to our daughter. Hotel is very beautiful, extremely sophisticated and stylist but feels homely. Run to this hotel. Pick no other. We were at afternoon tea in another hotel and it felt like an American shopping mall. This was a rainforest oasis. You felt like the only person staying. "

"Everything was first class. From the moment I booked the rooms I was contacted by the hotel manager Mike and he was able to make arrangements for transport from the airport to the hotel and back. The hotel itself is beautiful with a rooftop pool and breakfast down in the lobby area. The check in was flawless as the driver called in advance to let them know we were on our way.
