"Loved this place so much! Very spacious, lots of big windows with great natural light. Lots of little places to sit and be cozy. Appreciated all the games and coloring books. Rooms were comfortable, including the beds. I used the little studio in the back to do yoga which was awesome. Nice fenced yard for the dogs. It is truly fenced but if you have a small dog or adventurous dog, there are a couple of small gaps where they could wiggle out or get under the deck. 2 blocks from the beach and right across the street from Nehalem Bay Stare park. Technically walkable to town (25 minute walk) but easy 4 minute drive. Can not say enough good things about this place. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Manzanita. "

"We had a great time at Gary's house over New Year's. The proximity to the beach was what drew us to the property--only a block from the ocean in our favorite quiet neighborhood of Manzanita, just down the street from Nehalem State Park. We enjoyed the dog-friendliness of the house, and the living room with smart TV and comfy couch were great. We also enjoyed having a pool table in the great room, and we spent many hours upstairs playing games. We hope to come back sometime soon."

The house was nice, very clean, and had plenty of space and fun things to do for our kids. Our kids absolutely loved the basement games and bedroom. We loved watching the sun rise and set from the back deck. It was an easy walk to the beach and into downtown. The sheets were very soft. We appreciated the dog sheets to cover the furniture since our pets like to cuddle. The neighborhood is lovely with kind neighbors. The street was a culdesac so minimal traffic. We would love to stay here again."

"I just can't say enough positive things about this home. Cleanliness was the best I've ever seen and we have rented many properties over the years in various locations. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with knives that were actually sharp and cookware that allowed us to cook extensive holiday meals. The furniture was very nice and the bedding was crisp and clean like a high end hotel. The owner even reached out to us with concerns about an upcoming storm and delivered portable batteries in case we lost power in the storm. Fortunately that didn't happen but we were prepared just in case. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at this house!"
