Welcome to Yanna's Transient House. We are located in Baybay, Roxas City. Just 2 mins ride to the airport, less than 5 mins ride to Culasi Port, 2 mins ride to SM City, Gaisano, & City Mall 5 mins walk to beach.

The space

- A Simple home with modern / industrial type design.

- Plenty of plants around promotes cool and relaxing ambiance.

- Powder room in the first floor

- Full bathroom in the 2nd floor with shower.

- Aircon master bedroom with smart TV and night cove lighting for better
ambiance while you watch NETFLIX shows.

- The other Room Electric fan use only


- Full kitchen, gas stove, utensils and a large fridge.

- SMOKING is not allowed inside the house. You can smoke outside or the balcony.

- Parking space available inside the property.
