Welcome to this welcoming vacation home, furnished and equipped with great attention to detail.



The heart of the house is the living area with open kitchen, from which you have a view of the pool area. Prepare the meals of the vacation together in the modern kitchen or relax on the large sofa with a movie night. You will also have a bedroom with a double bed at your disposal.



A highlight of the house are the outdoor areas with jacuzzi and outdoor pool, where you can relax after an active day of vacation or enjoy the sun during the day. With various sports equipment and activity options, entertainment is also provided outside.



Visit the old town center of Rovinj, which has a romantic atmosphere, especially at night. Explore the narrow streets and stroll up to the church of St. Euphemia, from here you can enjoy a magnificent view

Sehr netter Vermieter. Der Vermieter hat ein eigenes Lokal, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort kann man super lecker essen!Das Grundstück mit dem schönen Pool ist komplett eingezäunt und sehr gepflegt.Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen, was er toll fand.Wir haben es sehr genossen hier unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Privatsphäre und Ruhe, genau das was wir uns im Urlaub wünschen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben es sehr genießen können. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage (liegt inmitten einer Olivenplantage - man ist also komplett für sich, braucht aber nur 7min bis man in der Stadt Rovinj ist). Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in weniger als 5min zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist super nett und total hilfsbereit. Jeder Wunsch wird sofort erfüllt und jeder Schaden behoben (der Sturm hat uns einen Sonnenschirm zerstört, er wurde umgehend erneuert).Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und überlegen sogar im nächsten Jahr wieder zu buchen.

Schönes kleines Haus mit netten geschmackvollen Details - ideal für 2 Personen. Tolle ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs. Perfekt umzäuntes Grundstück mit viel Auslauf. Der Pool war anfangs nicht wirklich sauber. Auch fehlte der passende Kescher. Der Whirlpool sollte nach jedem Gast gereinigt und mit frischem Wasser gefüllt werden. Wir haben ihn deshalb nicht genutzt.Wäre schön gewesen da Wetter nicht so toll war.Nichts desto Trotz wir kommen wieder.
