VILLA ROSSELLA 1 Comfort Studio (Carlina)is a 3star Studio.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 20minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 35m2 and terrace/balcony is5m2. It is located on floor: 2. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Within the property, there is a shared seating area and a swimming pool that is available for all guests. The pool is filled with chlorine water.It is sharedwithin 4apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is twenty. The pool is not available for use from 1st October - 1st May.All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (additional bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

Prima locatie op 15 min. loopafstand van de boulevard van Rovinj. Een plus is ook het fraaie voetbalcomplex naast het verblijf. Vergeet je voetbal niet. 😉 De tuin en het zwembad zijn aangenaam.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed the location oft this AirBnB since it had perfect free parking right in front of the house which is impossible for accommodations in the old city center. The short walk to the waterfront and old town was easy, quick and convenient even in the dark. We enjoyed the pool and backyard which we had to ourselves for most of the afternoon. Had to move inside once the sun started to go down due to the many mosquitoes (late August). The Appartment was clean and provided everything we needed including a French press coffee maker and additional towels for the pool. Air conditioning was a must have since it got really hot on the top floor during the summer. Communication with Aleksandra was brief, responsive and friendly. She met us perfectly timed for check-in and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. Thank you!

Perfect stay in beautiful Rovinj

Really enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Rossella 1, the apartment and outside Pool area was exactly as described. The apartment is ideally located with the old town / harbour being around a 15 minute walk away via the advised shortcut. There is also a small supermarket around 10 minutes walk or for larger shops there is a Lidl a bit further away. There are also one or two bars and bakeries nearby if you did not want to walk into town Communication with both the Rovinj Advisor Team in the run-up to our stay was perfect and they answered all our communication swiftly. Communication and Check in with the apartment host was also spot on and we had no issue at all during our stay

Krásná zahrada s bazénem, posezením, velký zastreseny prostor u grilu... ubytovani bylo ciste, prijemne. Celkově doporučuji, hezké misto Menší kuchyňka, schody v ramci apartmánu vedoucí do kuchyňky a koupelny, takže se člověk naběhá, ale zase uz nemusíte do fitka ;-)

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Rovinj

Besonders die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann das Zentrum, den Hafen und die Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Zimmer ist sauber. Die Ausstattung sowie die Größe der Küche ist sehr knapp, außerdem gibt es im Kühlschrank kein Gefrierfach.

Schöner Urlaub in Rovinj

Der Garten mit Pool war top. Die Lage sehr schön und ruhig, in 10 Gehminuten ist man an der Promenade Rovinjs. In 10 Autominuten am FKK. Das Bad müsste erneuert werden.
