Sanja/Vedran's place was perfect for our plan to base ourselves in Rovinj and drive around Istria for 2 weeks. The apartment comes with a free parking place and the old town is only a 10-15 minute walk. And the beaches are only 5-10 minutes away by car. Sanja was such a friendly host, greeting us with a welcome drink and gave us tips about the best beaches, grocery stores and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable, as we cooked most of our breakfasts and dinners; and the washer was handy for our mid-trip washing. It was a treat to eat breakfast on the terrace under the kiwi vines and next to her fruit and vegetable garden. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.... great price too...

Nice but noisy

We liked the apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen close to the center of Rovinj. However, our stay was very noisy both from other people in the same building and the neighborhood. So avoid this if you want a quiet stay.

Het appartement ligt op ca. 700-1000m lopen van het centrum van Rovinj, is niet modern maar wel knus en heeft twee zeer ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden. De keuken heeft alles dat je nodig hebt om te koken en je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats. De keuken is echter ook meteen de huiskamer en niet zo ruim. Het grootste minpunt echter vonden we de gehorigheid van het appartement: je hoort regelmatig en behoorlijk hard het lopen, praten en schuiven met stoelen van andere bewoners van het gebouw (inclusief de verhuurders). En buiten was een hond continu aan het blaffen. Als je hier gevoelig voor bent: neem oordopjes mee of boek toch iets anders.

Appartamento molto bello e pulito. C'erano tante cose utili già incluse (pentole, moka, phon, lavatrice, ...). Il parcheggio incluso é molto comodo e la zona é tranquilla. La signora Sanja é stata molto gentile e ci ha anche detto quali sono le spiagge migliori e qualche posto buono dove mangiare.

My intuition advised me to choose this house and it was a very good idea! If you are looking for a quite charming place for a stay with your family in Rovinj it is the very good option - big rooms, beatuful terrasse in the garden to have your meal, all necessary stuff in the kitchen. The host was very nice and helpful and we really felt welcome.

Tranquillo e rilassante La casa si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro ed è perfetta per chi vuole passare una vacanza in pieno relax, è pulita, ha una cucina fornita di tutto ciò che serve anche per soggiorni lunghi, le camere da letto sono spaziose ed il patio si può usufruire di una gradevole ombra anche nelle ore calde. Il parcheggio privato è di fondamentale importanza in una cittadina in cui trovarlo è molto difficile. Strongly recommend it, we will definetly come back: - Perfect accommodation: clean and fully equipped. - Very good location, 10 min to the city center - Great terrace in the shadow - Very friendly owners: even if we arrived late (23 o’clock) Sanja took the time to give us useful infos and tips. She recommended us a great beach, where to buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the locals, wine, olive oil, etc. Nothing to complain
