It consists of 32 square meters of interior space with two bedrooms, two comfortable bathrooms and a kitchen and dining room. In order not to miss the space for relaxation, we have big open terrace of 23 square meters . A comfortable and large sofa on the terrace will give you the pleasure of relaxation, as well as a dining table and a deck chair to read a book in the shade under a beautiful pine trees. The house is located 50 meters from the sea and several beaches and 10 minutes walk from the center of beautiful city of Rovinj. There are also 2 bicycles that comes together with the house.
