MILENA One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony(A3+2)is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 10minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 45m2 and balcony is6m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Such a great stay in Rovinj!

A very nice apartment with balcony. We were very satisfied with the location too. It is not far to the nearest beach and the city. Moreover, the area was very quiet overall which is always a big advantage. The only minor drawback was that one mattress was a bit older therefore not so comfortable. Overall, very recommended.

Alles in allem wirklich super. Schön gelegen, sehr schönes Gebäude mit Garten und allem :) ca. 15 Minuten entspannt zu Fuß bis zum Hafen, 10 Minuten zum Strand, 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt. Milena ist super nett und hilft gerne. Das Zimmer (Studio mit Küche, Doppelbett+ Schlafsofa) ist sehr schön. Besonders wenns warm ist, das Fenster zeigt nach Norden. So heizt es sich nicht auf. Bett bequem, Esstisch, Bad klein aber fein, alles was man braucht:)
