You can make yourselves comfortable on your private sunny balcony right in front of the living room and enjoy the panoramic view over the roofs of the harbour town as far as the sea. Or you can spend the evening down on the terrace in the shared garden area. If you arrive by car, you can use the secure and free parking space right in front of the house.
The 55m² holiday apartment is on the upper floor of a two-storey residential house. The lower floor is occupied by a Croatian family, while the owner lives in the apartment next door. Fully renovated just recently in 2019, the apartment offers all modern amenities, including air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom and WiFi Internet access in all rooms. The apartment consists of an open-plan living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a top modern bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a stereo system. The sofa can be converted into a bed for a third guest (approx. 120 x 200cm). Next to the dining space is an adjoining modern built-in kitchen with only the latest of appliances: ceramic hob (induction) with a cooker hood, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a wall cupboard with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage, as well as a desk and a large mirror. The top modern, tasteful cream/brown tiled bathroom has a generous walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet.
Your holiday apartment is only about 200 metres from the blue Adriatic and about 500 metres from the nearest beach. There is a supermarket right next door about 50 metres away and it is about 100 metres to the nearest restaurant. It is about 500 metres to the centre and the beautiful old town of Rovinj with a range of shops, colourful markets, a good selection of cafes and restaurants and the famous cathedral of Saint Eufemija.
