Our charming Istrian stone house (350 years old) is located in one of the most beautiful places in the historic centre of ROVINJ, right by the sea!

9 HOLIDAY APARTMENTS 35-63 m2 WITH THE SEA:

Direct seafront location and access to the sea. From all flats and natural stone terrace you have a great sea view (see evening mood, photo taken from the window). There is a table and benches on the terrace (approx. 80m2).

- You can reach the sea and the terrace via the staircase.

- Absolutely quiet and unique panoramic position (see photo with arrow), as our stone house is located at the end of a dead end street or at the end of the peninsula Old Town Rovinj.

- A small boat (up to approx. 5 metres) can also be moored directly in front of our house/terrace with your own buoy. For larger boats we recommend the marina which is about 15 minutes walk from us.

- Car-free and beautiful historic old town with quiet/romantic narrow streets

- You will find a small pebble beach (especially for small children) approx. 350 metres from the house below a nearby hotel and also some nice quiet sunbathing areas, particularly suitable for swimming (100- 350 metres from the house, see red area).

- Holiday flats 1-7 are comfortably furnished with spacious kitchen + bar sideboard, microwave, electric grill, electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, cooking and eating utensils and TV with satellite connection in the living room (apartments 1+3+5+7 also have an extra TV in the bedroom).

Sports activities such as cycling, hiking, tennis, surfing, diving, etc. can be practised all year round.
An Eldorado for cyclists (mountain bike and road bike), as they will find many kilometres of well-developed cycle paths directly by the sea and inland.
All kinds of water and ball sports as well as entertainment for young and old can be found in the various leisure centres by the sea, approx. 1-6 km from our house. Easy to reach by bike or car.
Location description: Rovinj (pop. 16000), perhaps the most beautiful town on the Istrian coast, is situated on a hill that was once an island and has been connected to the land since 1763. Rovinj is dominated by the large baroque church of St Euphemia and its 60 metre high campanile, which can be seen from afar. Rovinj is very popular with visitors and is also a favourite meeting place for many different artists. Its subtropical vegetation, for which the Molin peninsula was declared a national park, its coniferous forests, its many pebble and rocky beaches, especially the 13 islets off the coast, attract more and more visitors every year.
