Situated on the third floor, the apartment has undergone a renovation, adapting the original layout to the current owner's design.
The balcony-equipped apartment features an open living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sauna. The apartment offers high-quality sleeping arrangements for up to ten people. From the living room, there is direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy views of the northern cityscape.
