A bright and modern 47 m² one-bedroom apartment in a building completed just a few years ago, close to Rovaniemi city centre. Light wooden floors, white walls and fresh Nordic textiles create a calm, airy atmosphere.
The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, and the sofa bed in the living room provides space for two more guests, so the apartment sleeps up to four.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dining table for four right next to it. The living room has a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a large TV, and a door opens onto the glazed balcony.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin, plus a private Finnish sauna, the perfect way to warm up after a day in the Arctic. A washing machine is also available.
WiFi, TV, linens and towels are included. A grocery store is just 350 m away, the city centre shopping centres are 800 m, and Santa Claus Village and Rovaniemi Airport are 9.2 km.
Please note: the tumble dryer shown in the photos is not available.
