Located in the heart of the La Ronce estate, this old farmhouse of the castle, completely restored, will charm you with its idyllic setting.

This place will offer you a multitude of relaxation facilities and activities during your stay to welcome you with family, friends or teleworking (Swimming pool, deckchairs, hammock, gas + charcoal barbecues, badminton/volleyball, adjustable net, beach rackets, frisbee, petanque, football and volleyball, goal, molkky) SPA (Optional), board games, wood stove in winter...

A haven of peace on the edge of the forest for an experience far from the hustle and bustle... You will enjoy a green setting conducive to relaxation and relaxation.
Depending on the season, walk through the garden to taste the many fruits to be picked directly from the trees.

∆ IMPORTANT∆

We are in a natural area near a stable, in a quiet, well-being and resource place, PARTIES, LOUD EVENINGS and OUTDOOR MUSIC are not allowed!

Calm must be respected between 10pm and 9am.

The accommodation has been designed and arranged to accommodate 8 PEOPLE, a 9th person can be accommodated at the MOST with an extra bed (linen + towel provided) for an extra 30€/night.

In accordance with the charter, it is not possible to come, day or night, other people than those mentioned in the initial commitment of the reservation during the stay, unless expressly agreed by your hosts!

•THE ACCOMMODATION•

The entire accommodation is privatized to you as well as the green spaces, the swimming pool, the sauna and the traditional Nordic bath.

You will find upstairs, the sleeping area for a capacity of 8 people:

- 3 double bedrooms
- 1 small living room with sofa bed for 2 people
- 1 bathroom with hydomassante shower cubicle connected to bluetooth/radio
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 large dressing room

On the ground floor you will find:

- 1 bathroom with 1 slightly separate toilet
- 1 large room with kitchen open to the dining room and the living room with a pellet stove for the winter
- 1 large veranda with garden furniture and an outdoor table

All household linen is provided ( sheets, floor mats, tea towels) as well as towels.

Extra bath towels are provided with ( SPA option )

- Swimming pool secured by a tarpaulin and a retractable ladder (open from June to September depending on the weather)

Sauna / Nordic bath / Shower / Towels PGJyPg�PGJyPgThese are traditional equipment heated by a wood fire, requiring a variable preparation and wood consumption time depending on the outside temperatures and the time of year.
This heating preparation takes several hours and is carried out by us.

For a session you will have the choice between 3 options with the prices corresponding to the time of year:

Nordic Bath + Sauna:
• 80€ from June to September ( Preparation time 2 hours )
• 100€ from October to November and from March to May ( Preparation time 3 hours )
• 140€ from December to February ( Preparation time 4 hours )

Nordic Bath:
• 50€ from June to September ( Preparation time 2 hours )
• 60€ from October to November and from March to May ( Preparation time 3 hours )
• 80€ from December to February ( Preparation time preparation 4 hours )

Sauna:
• 50€ from June to September ( Preparation time 2 hours )
• 60€ from October to November and from March to May ( Preparation time 3 hours )
• 80€ from December to February ( Preparation time 4 hours )

Notify at least 1 day before to plan together the organisation of the heating.

HOURS of use: 12pm-8pm

Session (about 2/3 hours depending on the outside temperatures and the time of year)

•OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT•

- Outdoor table and bench
- Outbuilding at the bottom of the garden housing a 5-burner gas barbecue (gas provided, provide cleaning of grease traps, burners and plates after use), a charcoal barbecue (bring charcoal), deckchairs, hammock, football and volleyball, football and volleyball, net for badminton and volleyball, beach racket, molki, petanque ....
- Board games are also available in the living room cabinet.

•KITCHEN EQUIPMENT•

- Cookeo, blender, juicer as well as many kitchen accessories to prepare quiches, pies, cakes... Pancake pan and waffle iron for gourmets ;)
