"We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. "Parking difficult if you don't arrive early limited spaces. You have to book a specific time for breakfast. Advertised as having a pool, but it was out of order. Asked for compensation, but as I had paid via third party was informed it wouldn't be possible. Staff ok but no one shows you to your room ..."
