It seems the stairs to the dock are a work in progress, but we made it down the steep gravel walk without issue, and really enjoyed the fire pit. Hot tub was also a nice perk!"5 bedrooms" seemed a bit inaccurate, as one bed is actually on the second floor landing without privacy or a door.
