"Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. "Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher...

"Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, dafür alles andere nicht so. Hier dürfte etwas mehr gemacht werden. Leider auch beim Pool. Mit sehr wenig könnte man da etwas wundervolles machen! Die Lage fanden wir super! Einfach nur Ruhe pur! Wir würden da wieder hin."

"Booked as wanted a hotel with a pool. The pool and the pool bar were closed unfortunately. The weather had been a bit changeable but the pool looked like it hadn’t been used for a while. Would like to have been informed.. However, the rooms were exceptionally clean. Could do with glasses/cups in the room though"

"Summer Dream was the best hotel we could ask for. It was extremely modern, great view, and the town of Rethymno has a wonderful downtown area. If you go, I recommend Achinos, I believe it is spelled. The best food we had in Greece. Summer dream is also located next to many markets including SKYNKA, which is walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It was the best part of our trip in Crete. "
