What a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed playing the games in the lounge and she also enjoyed the experience of using the bed which comes out of a closet. :)

It's got Rouen Centre in the name but its a 40-50 minute walk away. Transport is limited and the bus/tram lines you can get require tickets. There are no ticket machines in the area lol.

Budget hotel done well. Rooms simple yet clever and modern with USB sockets and shelves and slots for belongings. Modern reception area and barrier controlled parking. Easy to find and great as a late stopover on our way through France.

Considering we stayed at the 2 star hotel, the reception lounge set this hotel apart from similar hotels because the facilities are shared with the 3 star hotel. There are no kettles in the rooms but, you can fill cups with hot water from the dispensers in the breakfast area (politely ask reception first). We arrived late and hadn't eaten. Fear not. Just up the road there is a fabulous fish restaurant called La Marina. Fresh fish cooked to order and sold by the kilo (25 Euros) or you can select from a limited choice of set menus. This is a basic restaurant and you won't find alcohol sold here, but the food was so good we ate there twice over the weekend and the staff were really friendly. Children will like the aquariums and parents will find the prices are far cheaper than the tourist restaurants in the city centre!

Clean and pleasant hotel with relaxing public areas. The staff were rhelpful and friendly. The charge for overnight parking was a bit pricey. There were not many decent restaurants nearby especially on Monday evenimgs. Public transport into Rouen was good but you had to discover for yourself how it works; a pity that you couldn't buy the basic tickets in the hotel

I stayed here for ease of parking,location and price. Parking a bit mis leading as you have to pay to use the IBIS car park -not excessive maybe 12 euros the night but not advertised.Team line in front if Hotel so very little street parking but I fid find a space so didnt have to pay Its a good 45 minute walk to Old Market place but there is s Tram service that passes in front of Hotel and 10 minutes to Old Town .Was free on Ssturday

Lovely communal areas - lobby, games room, bar area. Very funky design and cool for table seating spaces with lots of options. Room were really decent with nice design touches. Very clean and new. Bed comfort ok. Overall excellent value for money. Only disappointment was location. It’s not in the centre of Rouen as the name suggests but in fact a good 1.5 miles away - around 30-40 minute walk. And not a scenic one either.

Great basic hotel, clean and good shower/wet room Breakfast was chaotic, lots of guests needing to be fed and just 2 young members of staff. Nearly all of the food was gone and special requests were needed for more bread cutlery etc.It needed at least 2 more staff members there. Hardly anywhere to sit. Maybe we picked a bad time 09-40hrs but there was hardly anything to choose from, all very disorderly!
