The Space:

The apartment is laid out in a clear and practical way, with an open living area that combines seating, dining, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sloped ceiling gives the space character while maintaining a bright and comfortable atmosphere.



The bedroom is separate from the living area and includes a double bed and storage for clothes and luggage. The bathroom is finished in a modern style and features a walk-in shower and washbasin. The toilet is located in a separate room, providing additional privacy. There is a sofabed in the living room if you plan to come as a bigger group we can accomodate 4 people in this apartment.



A washing machine is available in the apartment, making the space suitable for both short and longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival, which allows them to enter the apartment independently.

The apartment is located in Rotterdam West, a lively and well-connected part of the city. The neighbourhood offers a mix of local shops, cafés, and supermarkets within walking distance, making daily needs easy to manage during your stay.



Public transport connections are nearby, allowing quick access to the city centre and other parts of Rotterdam. The area is residential and active, with a local character that reflects everyday city life rather than a tourist district.



Getting Around:

Public transport is easily accessible — several tram and bus stops are within walking distance. Rotterdam Central Station connects you directly to Amsterdam, The Hague, and Schiphol Airport. If you prefer to explore by bike, there are rental options nearby and safe cycling paths throughout the neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

Free on-street parking is available exclusively for guests staying longer than 7 nights, and must be requested in advance. Please let us know at the time of booking (or at least 48 hours before check-in) if you would like a parking permit arranged, so we can confirm availability. Parking cannot be guaranteed for requests made after arrival. For stays of 7 nights or fewer, paid public parking is available nearby.



This property is equipped with a Minut smart home sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, and humidity to help us maintain a comfortable environment and comply with our no-party policy. The device does not record audio or video.
