The 82-square-meter chalet was built in 2017 and features modern, cozy furnishings and underfloor heating. The open-concept living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, is perfect for cooking together and relaxing. A fireplace adds a special touch of coziness.

There are two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds, as well as a modern bathroom with a hair dryer. The accommodation is allergy-friendly and features practical amenities such as a washing machine, an iron, and ample storage space.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire house at their disposal, including a private entrance. Of particular note is the large, fenced-in outdoor area with approximately 500 m² of garden and terrace—ideal for relaxing or for families with children. Bicycle storage, including an e-bike charging station, is available.



The Neighborhood:

The chalet is located in a quiet village in the Rottenbuch region, surrounded by nature and mountains and situated near the water. The area is ideal for cycling, walking, and exploring the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Here, guests can enjoy peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

A car is recommended for exploring the area at your own pace. Parking is available right at the property. The region offers numerous attractions that are easily accessible, including natural lakes, hiking trails, and cultural highlights.
