Holiday Apartment 8 is fully equipped and furnished in the rustic style typical of the Alpine region. A special feature—in addition to its central and quiet location—is the spacious and cosy southwest-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the Tegernsee mountains.

The kitchen is equipped with: oven/stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, egg cooker, dishes, glasses, and silverware.

The combined living room and bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two nightstands, a coffee table, two TV armchairs, a sleeper sofa, a dining table with four chairs, a chest of drawers, a smart TV (Samsung), and a smart home sound system (Sonos).

The high-quality bathroom features a shower, a sink, a makeup mirror, a large crystal mirror, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a bathroom cabinet, and a toilet.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the building (on the 1st floor), as well as ample storage space in the hallway in the form of a large built-in closet that includes a coat rack.
