Entire guest suite in Rotoiti-Rotoehu, New Zealand with private lake access

Welcome! If you are looking for a place to rest on your journey, or if you'd like to make this your temporary home away from home, this is the perfect place for you. We have OUR OWN PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance
Our location is around 18 to 20 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua.
We don't cater for 2-10yr olds
The space
This listing is for our downstairs unit. There are two private entrances from outside for you, one from the lounge and one from the bedroom.
You initially you walk into the main area which is a spacious lounge room with lounging area and a smart TV, coffee table, storage cupboard/ wardrobe and ample room for relaxing.
There is also a Queen Bed in this area.

Adjacent to the Main bedroom is a small but adequate bathroom. There is a stand-up shower unit in the bathroom.

We provide a microwave oven and and a 2 element hot plate. We provide an array of utensils, and dinnerware for meal prep and serving. In addition to these amenities, we provide a full sized Fridge/freezer.
If you would like to wash your clothes from travelling, we have included a modern, washer underneath the bench top.

The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed and its own private access to outside.
Guest access
You can access both the lounge and bedroom individually from outdoors. Enjoy lovely sunsets on the lake from the private lake access (only 30 meters)

The upstairs is our main living area, and it is not accessible to guests. However, should you need any support, or have any queries, we are available. There is no immediate access to our upstairs dwelling from your downstairs space making it private for you.

There is parking for you in our driveway.
Other things to note
From your space there is no direct view to the lake, but there is our own private access from your door to the lake (40 meters). We can accomodate a boat trailer. There are numerous bush walks in the area. Additionally we are located about 18 to 20 minutes drive from Rotorua by main highway and 45 minutes from Whakatane. 10 minutes to Lake Rotoma, and 10 minutes to Lake Okataina.
We provide a Continental Breakfast each day, this consists of Cereals,
Milk, Sugar, tea and Coffee.
