The Space - large living area looking out to a lovely private garden, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 luxury king bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 queen bed in the second bedroom. 1 queen bed and 2 single beds in the main living area. The apartment offers a small kitchenette for light meals, underbench fridge, 2 electric hobs, Nespresso machine, jug, toaster, microwave, laundry, outdoor gas BBQ and freeview TV. Warm and cosy with heating and a large garden for children to play in.
I live upstairs, you have full access to the lower level of my home.
Special conditions:
Please don't use the apartment for parties. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore there is a noise curfew at 10.30pm.

The property is placed in an accessible location from the attractions like the Skyline, Zorb and the Town Center. The host was very kind and accommodative. Overall the stay was memorable.

Was perfect for a Redwoods holiday. CLose to the park and equip with washing machine and dryer for muddy riders. Host was very helpful about putting bikes in garage overnight.

We stayed two nights at this property in Springfield for a short family getaway, before school resumed. The accommodation was perfect for our needs - a comfortable and dry base to return home to at the end of a days activities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and a lot more spacious than we were expecting! The location was really convenient being so close to the Redwood forest bike tracks. The beds were comfy. Communication with the host was prompt and easy to understand, and the little extra's that Helen provided were greatly appreciated. I'd happily stay here again, next time we come to Rotorua.
