I can highly recommend this lovely holiday park. So clean and staff was very helpful. Motel suite 2 bedroom private kitchen, bathroom, balcony and a lovely view uf the park. We had few activities booked in town and only 20 minutes drive to Everything you need to get.

Check in & check out were very easy and the staff were very friendly. Our cabin was clean and the shared services, Kitchen, Shower & Toilets and Laundry were all kept very clean and in good condition. We didn't use the heated pool so can't comment. The location was very convenient for the city centre and many of the local attractions.

We stayed in a basic cabin and liked the proximity to the communal bathrooms and kitchen. There are two hot pool /dipping areas. Everything was immaculately clean, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay .

Arrived drenched from motorcycle ride, staff were very accomodating to upgrade our room with better facilities to allow us to dry all our gear. Hot pools onsite are lovely great on a wet day to soak away the road tiredness.

Lots of onsite activities from individuals to families, even teams with a rugby field, basketball hoop, netball court(or tennis) and cricket pitch. Soak in the hot pools or swim in the pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Accommodation and camp sites caters for all, backpackers to motel units. Highly recommended.

Overall our stay at thermal park was pleasant, we had sufficient utilities and the rooms are nice and equipped. The cleaning could be done a bit more thoroughly and the kitchen could use a few more items such as salad bowls and strainer. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are lovely.

We've always liked staying at Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park. Its been a few years since we were last there but we were not disappointed. We stayed in a cabin - very nice and neat and tidy, very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were also very clean.

The room was fairly well equipped and clean but the bathroom sink was very small and difficult to use, the bed was good. The wifi worked well. The hotpools were clean and quiet.
