Nice choice for our short stay in Rotorua. Staff was great. Room did not get vacuumed, and had to ask for coffee pods but otherwise everything was great

Hi I’ve regularly stayed at Rydges Rotorua it’s a great spot, with geothermal activity surrounding it. Also heated pools and a good buffet breakfast/dinner. The rooms are tidy but this stay not as well maintained due to high occupancy. No shampoos etc room wasn’t as clean as normal but still very comfortable

Nice property with great staff. First room had an aircon problem so promptly upgraded at no extra cost to a better room. My only issue was that the location was away from the town centre so to experience local dining and most sites required a car.
