Lakeside Gem is a modern home by the shores of Lake Rotorua. The home is two story and has outdoor living both at garden level and from the second story deck which features fantastic views over the lake. Only a 10 min drive from the central city, this is a quiet and peaceful location yet so close to all the shops, restaurants and activities of Rotorua.

A good sized three bedroom home with two bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a King bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunk style Queen bed with a single bed over top. There are also 2 pullout couches. Professionally laundered, high quality linen.

Heating is provided by a heat pump which can also be used for cooling.

Smart TV and wifi. The house is also alarmed for added security.

Internal access garage with on site parking.

2 kayaks and lifejackets are also provided!

Awesome family holiday home
Lovely new home right near the lakefront. The house was really well laid out and easy to find and access. House was really clean and tidy and the beds were all super comfy to sleep in including the bunk beds.

We found the property was fantastic for our stay in Rotorua. It warm, clean and comfortable and the pictures don't do the outlook justice. We would definitely go back.

Excellent property
We had a great stay and the place exceeded our expectations. It was ideal for my partner and I and our two children (6 and 3). Handy location, good quality furnishings and the kayaks were a nice bonus. The property managers were also great to deal with. We can highly recommend.

Great House
We were two couples. The Kingsize beds were very comfortable with nice crisp linen, and bedrooms and the bathrooms were on either size of the house. The house had a nice view of the lake, one back from the lake front, was well equipped and clean. We had come to Rotorua to bike the cycle tracks in and around The Redwoods area. The house is about 7kms from the city centre but there is a cycle track very nearby the house so the distance from town did not bother us, it was a flat easy ride into the city. It certainly met our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay.
