Central but quiet location - Under 10 mins to everything, e.g. town center, tourist destination - Gondola, Polynesian Spa ... Enjoy the lake? less than 5 mins to either the lakefront playground or the lakefront reserve.

Close to amenities - Dairy shop, liquor store, fish & chips shop, and a restaurant within walking distance.
