Hideaway of Rotorua
Nice, clean, comfy spacious studio. Great to have a separate sofa area. Pity about the weather which affected the TV reception and we were unable to use the outside seating area.

Millennium Hotel Rotorua
Norrie in the Club lounge is an absolute treasure. He was extraordinarily hospitable and kind and thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered was great but Norrie really should be commended.
