The house features heating, iron, WiFi, hair dryer, AC, and a washing and dryer machine for your convenience. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers. Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed for some extra relaxation. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Enjoy stunning canal views, a shared dock, and kayaks. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for family meals. Excellent fishing await on the canals or ocean, just a short drive away. For the best beach experience, we provide 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 coolers. Perfect for a relaxing and memorable family vacation!

Absolutely gorgeous home!
We enjoyed our stay. The host was very gracious and always answered immediately when contacted with a question. Pictures really do not do this home justice! Highly recommend this rental ❤️

Spotless calm
Five golfing friends and myself stayed in this new duplex in Rotonda West for 2 nights. It was so comfortable and clean and close to one of the two courses we were playing. we were rained out of the 2nd day but we enjoyed playing cards and just hanging out. We all had very comfortable beds, it is perfect for 6 ladies - each with our own room. We went to Lipinski's Tavern for dinner only 2 miles away and really fantastic - great food and reasonable prices. The host was also very responsive and accommodating which was much appreciated! I highly recommend this home.
