Southern Breeze - Spacious, canal view home

Situated overlooking Rotonda Circle with intersecting canal on the side where you can enjoy water views and plenty of local wildlife this spacious home is a great place to enjoy your vacation.
On entry into the great room there is comfortable sofa and swivel chairs along with flat screen tv.
Formal dining area with table and 6 chairs with views over the front garden.
The spacious open plan kitchen is fully eqipped with laundry room attached with washer/dryer.
There is also casual breakfast area with 4 chairs and table.
These rooms overlook the pool through an aquarium glass window and triple sliders.
The primary bedroom is on left side of the house and it has king bed with its own full bathroom.
Sliders onto the pool area.
The guest bedrooms are on opposite side of the house, and one has king bed and the other has two twin beds. These rooms share another bathroom which also can be accessed from the pool area.
The pool area is very nice and has table and chairs for outdoor dining under the patio.
There are loungers to lie by the pool and relax with the water views.
Several golf courses in Rotonda to enjoy. Miles of walking trails and bikes paths.
Close to Englewood Beach and Boca Grande with plenty of local shopping and restaurants nearby.

Overall a good get away

We enjoyed our stay and location was good. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. We liked having a couple of bikes to use. The pool and the pool area could have been a little cleaner. It was nice to have the heat on for the pool. We appreciated that coming from Indiana in the winter. For the most part the house was clean but a couple things could have focused on before it was rented (floors, ceiling fans and the outside front entry area).
