This 4 bedroom home is nestled in the quiet and really peaceful neighborhood of Rotonda West Fl. Relax at your own private pool, go to the Beach, fish or golf.

Only 11 minute drive to Englewood Beach a really cozy and family friendly environment also with many bike paths, and 15 min away from the beautiful Boca Grande Beach. Shark tooth capital of the world Venice is roughly a 30-minute drive. There are 7 golf courses all within 15 minutes.

There are a couple of parks just over 2 miles away with hiking, frisbee golf, basketball, pickleball, lap pool, etc....

No pets of any kind. Husband and son highly allergic. Son in wheelchair, compromised lungs. Health risk.
Upon departure: Towels must be running in washer. Dishes must be running in dishwasher Trash set in trash bin outside Grill must be cleaned
Contact host to increase Pool temp, $200 per 2 . Please do not tamper with Pool controls, etc.. Repair cost to be paid by guest to correct tampering.
