Downtown barn dominium house with views and lots of space

Welcome to our barn dominium located by the heart of downtown Roswell! Close proximity to NMMI, and a short drive to ENMUR or local hospitals. This beautiful house offers a unique two-story layout designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Feel free to park in the driveway as there is plenty of parking for everyone or pull into the garage to keep your vehicle out of the weather.
Once inside on the main level you will find a living area offering a cozy place to chill or sleep with a queen sleeper sofa and smart tv. There is a bedroom with a queen bed that has access to the backyard and covered porch. Need to do laundry, the laundry room is located under the staircase, perfectly tucked away in the bedroom. A bathroom with a huge walk-in shower is also located on the main floor, perfect for guests needing more space or privacy.
As you walk upstairs, you enter the open area where you can dine or relax with some great views. Have fun cooking your favorite meal in the kitchen with high end KitchenAid appliances. There is a reverse osmosis water faucet for drinking. Also upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, smart tv and a private full bathroom with jetted tub and shower. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and smart tv and another bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle...perfect for the younger ones in the group. This home is equipped with a water softener too. Feel free to step out onto our grand back deck with access from the kitchen and living areas along with a spiral staircase leading down to the huge backyard. Plenty of room for a barbeque and even a custom playset for the kids. You will see the city with 360 degree views for those beautiful days and evenings.
