Nice overall but the parking fee in my opinion was just a way to get a little more money out of my stay. Overall the staff was very good, clean rooms, and though our first room had a broken thermostat we were promptly moved to another room.

Complimentary breakfast would be nice, and free parking. This is not a downtown or midtown property , so I see no reason to charge for parking.

Amazing service and staff
Trenton at the front desk was amazing. My plan had changed slightly and ask if there was a king room available instead of the double I had booked. He had no problems changing and did it with no resistance. He could have very easily said he couldn’t do that, but persisted and made it happen. Additionally, every employee I passed on the hallway, at the front counter, and throughout the property was very friendly and acknowledges my presents. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

A quiet out of the way place, secluded, place for a nice triste. When my daughter and I arrived, the desk person told me we didn't have a reservation, Expedia was not accepted, it is a 3rd party and she has no reservation for us. I showed her my confirmation#, she said it is not accepted. OK I will call Expedia, she then changed her tune. I would not stay there again, I would recommend AVALON in Alpharetta.

Great stay!!!
The hotel and staff were so friendly and helpful. Eating in the restaurant was the best food we had all week. Only thing I would change is dog walk area would be larger and bags would be available for pick-up.

Upon arrival I was quickly advised that there was a $7 per day parking fee- in an open parking lot, not a garage- and this information was not promptly advertised when I booked. Also, this is new from a year ago when I stayed in the same location. Coffee $4 a cup and $21 for breakfast? No thanks. Ridiculous.

Room 310 did not have a clothes closet to hang dresses, the coffee maker had to be plugged into the nightstand lamp plug in order to make coffee, the land line phone did not work - couldn't call room service, the bathtub was very slippery and the lighting in the bathroom was dim to apply makeup. The staff and service however was super nice and very professional. Especially Candice.

Hotel Austerity
Firstly, upon arrival instead of the usual smile at check in, there was an immediate demand to pay $7 per night for vehicle parking. When booking the hotel I was unaware of any such surcharge being applicable. The hotel is clean and has been fixed up, however somewhere along this process the water pressure has been significantly reduced. As a general rule I/we do not use the breakfast option available, but we do grab a cup of coffee heading out of the door. Complimentary coffee is no longer available, it is now pay for breakfast or nothing. These matters did not take away from an enjoyable weekend away, especially using the bar facility there, and the happy great bar service from Meghan, but it did make us feel less than WELCOME.

The hotel was clean and modern and the staff very pleasant. Our room was 706. Very noisy near an air handler. The shower had very little water pressure and bathroom had one tiny soap with no water cups. It was a nice size room but overall just a so so stay. When we come back thru the area we’ll probably look elsewhere.

The hotel was nice and clean. Employees at the front desk were all very friendly. The only draw back of this property is the parking lot is very dark and could use additional lighting. Overall a good stay.

The property was clean and well kept for the most part the issue was little to no water pressure and the shower doors kept sliding open causing a mess however they did resolve the situation.

Nice, updated property. Although I had a room with very low shower pressure and I had to switch rooms. No big deal, but in my new room the faucet leaked from the handle onto the counter which wasn’t a huge deal but it was annoying bc I had to keep a towel at the faucet. They offered to move me again but I declined. Didn’t feel like moving my stuff from room to room and I was only there for a weekend. They were accommodating though , and offered complimentary breakfast and refunded some of my money back for the inconvenience. So the staff is great. But moving around twice in two days was pretty annoying.
